In response to the growth of our global operations and to the inherent complexity that accompanies this growth, will be responsible for Vistaprint on design, development and implementation of global processes and practices, with a particular focus on the areas of tax accounting: reporting and Audit of the dispute. As a member of the team of a global tax, will work directly with other users in the global tax and Finance functions, establish procedures and policies that will improve the accuracy of VAT reporting, helping to identify and assess the risks of tax and enforce the scalable, improve our existing systems and processes. This role will be based in Lexington, MA, and the report of the Director of the tax.

The main responsibility for will include the following:

Accounting and reporting

The candidate we seek.

.. is an experienced professional with strong technical skills in the USA and international tax law, as well as US GAAP tax accounting. Vistaprint is incorporated in the Netherlands and has operating subsidiaries on the basis of internationally. Previous experience with a multinational company is therefore necessary. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the following experience: A Bachelor's degree is required; The main education and accreditation (CPA, MST, JD, A.s.llm) are highly preferredMinimum 5-7 years of experience as a professional tax with a large multinational company or public accounting firms, large 4 or a combination thereof. 3-4 years of experience in US GAAP tax accounting (FAS109) is ideal.Good knowledge of the operations of the IRS and other entities outside the US, including procedures and processes.
