Commonwealth Trust Company, privately owned non-depository trust company, is looking for a for our Operations Department. The candidate will assist in maintaining the accounting records of the trust for which Commonwealth Trust serves as trustee.
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Trust Operations Manager, key duties will include:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end reports
Review of monthly, quarterly and year end reports
Preparation of tax returns
Supervision and training of staff
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Trust experience preferred
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
The ideal candidate will be a CPA.
