About the work we're looking for experienced practical.  Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations for multiple entities, accounting procedures, procedures, records and reports. Will manage the accounting department and the staff at the direction of CFO.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manages and delegates the accounting features members of the accounting department, and is a follow-up to ensure the accounting department is working properly and achieve the assigned objectives.  Coordinates and addresses the accounting department issues relating to the systems and procedures to effectively train, motivate and develop the accounting personnel.         Responsible for month end close process, including the preparation of a general ledger reconciliation, analysis of the revenue and account analysis.         Responsible for monthly financial analysis and reporting to the CFO.         Responsible for accounts receivable and collections.         Oversees the preparation of the financial statements of the company.         Supervision of corporate tax returns and other tax administration.         Establish appropriate internal controls and monitoring compliance with these systems.         Coordinates physical inventories to ensure that fixed assets are reported correctly.         Maintained by the company, financial, statistical, and productivity reports and reporting system, analysis of the deviations to the forecast plan and the period of the previous year.         Manages the preparation of month end accruals, deferrals and other journal entries as necessary to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reports on the proceedings.         Responsible for cash management and banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.          Manages the processing of accounting information and financial reporting affiliates.          Other tasks and projects as assigned.
