Responsibilities:

Monitor the service accounts, check your delinquent accounts and identify areas of interest to reduce the number of accounts in Collections. The process of payments received from the suppliers of the collections and from the members on request. Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses and improve the liquidation for all blocks. Serve as the first point of contact for members of the payment plans and develop the work of the programmes; Register, monitor and manage accounts to work with programs to ensure timely payments and support for card members. Provide for cooperation efforts in contacting and helping with a resolution on behalf of the partner with an existing and interim partners. Help with location, and deleting accounts with our supplier recovery following allegations of accounts. Assist with other tasks related to the operations. Cooperation with the Department of operations continually improve and strengthen internal processes, mitigate risk, and maintain a higher level of customer service.  The requirements of student degree in business and related fields. 2
