Assesses customer claims for accuracy to assist to bring resolution or payment. This includes interaction with internal and external customers. Internally this includes: Branch Manager, Loss Prevention, CMS and Balance & Audit. Externally this may include banking or other financial institutions, retail or like management or loss prevention positions.  Requirements Demonstrated excellent communications skills. Three (3) to five (5) years claims; and or, account management experience preferably in a banking or other like financial environment Knowledge of losses associated with ATMs, vault or like claims a plus. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Strong financial skills associated with cash reconciliation procedures, balances, etc. Experience handling multiple tasks with positive results to include working independently. Degree preferred

Must be flexible with work hours contingent on scope of claims resolution.

No relocation will be provided.
